Senior Director of Client Success at Promomash

Grace Nichols has a diverse work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Grace has held various roles in different industries. In 2017, they joined Promomash as a Client Success Manager and later progressed to the positions of Director of Onboarding and Training, Director of Client Success, and ultimately Senior Director of Client Success. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Contractor as a Brand Ambassador from 2011. Grace also served as a Troop Leader at Girl Scouts of Western Washington from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they have experience as a Transporter at Car Trek, an Express Auto Claims Specialist at State Farm, and an Instructor and Life Coach at Educational Programs for In Home Living. In 2011, they held the role of Head Cashier/Assistant Manager at Forever 21, where they provided customer service, trained cashiers, and managed the cash wrap register. Before that, Grace worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at 5 Star Yardscapes DBA Jp's Yard and Landscape Service, and as a Sales Associate at KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN. Grace Nichols attended Bates Technical College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their high school diploma. Grace'sfield of study during this time was in the IT Networking Specialist program. Following this, from 2005 to 2011, Grace attended Tacoma Community College to pursue a high school diploma with prerequisites in Diagnostic Medical Sonography/Sonographer and Ultrasound Technician.
