Lisa Scian

Lisa Scian is a Human Resources Executive whose career in the high-tech industry include leadership HR roles at Corel Corporation, Mitel, Bridgewater Systems, and DragonWave Inc, supporting employees in more than 18 different countries across the globe.

Throughout her career, Lisa's expertise and collaborative approach have made her a trusted advisor and results-oriented leader responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including HR policy, strategy, and technology/systems implementation. Lisa is passionate about cultivating employee engagement and attracting high-caliber talent.

Lisa graduated from Algonquin College B.A. program, with concentration in Human Resources. She is an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association, sitting on both the standard and validation examination panels, is a practicing mentor in HRPA Mentorship Program, and holds her CHRP and CHRL designations.
