Jay Vaghela

Jay Vaghela is currently the Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Propel Holdings since April 2013. Prior to this, Jay held the position of Vice President & General Counsel at Fogler Rubinoff LLP from September 2008 to October 2012. Jay started their career as an Articling Student at Fogler Rubinoff LLP in September 2007. Jay also worked as a Summer Student at the same company in May 2006. Jay holds a LLB in Corporate Law from the University of Windsor and a HBA in Finance from the Ivey Business School at Western University. Additionally, Jay briefly studied at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz in 2003.
