Mariaan Tuck

Mariaan Tuck is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in compliance and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as the Legal and Compliance Manager at Propell since May 2018, Mariaan has ensured adherence to legislation relevant to credit providers. Prior experience includes roles as Legal Advisor at First National Bank and RMB Private Bank, where responsibilities encompassed drafting and negotiating commercial legal agreements. Mariaan also gained significant expertise as a Legal Risk Consultant and Legal Risk Manager at Investec, where tasks included risk control management, compliance monitoring, and training legal risk teams. Mariaan holds an LLB degree and a Bachelor of Procuration from the University of the Free State.
