Paloma Romero

Paloma Romero has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries and roles. Paloma has worked in HR, talent acquisition, and mentoring positions at various companies such as propelland, Designit, and Atento. With roles ranging from Senior Talent Acquisition to Co-Founder and CEO, Paloma has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent development, and executive search. Paloma'sexperience also includes teaching, mentoring, and advising in the field of Big Data & Analytics.

Paloma Romero started their education at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1986 to 1991, where they studied Business Administration. In 1992, they pursued a Stock Exchange Master's degree at IEB, completing it in 1993. Later, from 2004 to 2010, they attended Escuela de Escritores to study Iniciacion y desarrollo de narrativa en cuento corto. In 2020, Paloma obtained The Bridge Mentor certification from The Bridge | Digital Talent Accelerator.
