Nishant Doshi

Nishant Doshi is the CEO and founder of Propelo, a cloud security company. Prior to Propelo, Nishant served as the VP of Engineering at Palo Alto Networks, where they helped to redefine the cloud security industry. Before Palo Alto Networks, Nishant co-founded and served as the CTO of CirroSecure, another cloud security company that was acquired by Palo Alto Networks.

Nishant began their career at Symantec, where they spent over eight years as a technical director specializing in network security, file formats, and browser protection. While at Symantec, Nishant discovered a critical privacy flaw in Facebook that led to significant changes in how Facebook handles user data. Following their discovery, Nishant became the sole technical expert representing Symantec in several external partnerships, and they continued to evangelize new trends and technology at various external engagements, conferences, and blogs.

Nishant Doshi has a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Syracuse University, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
