César Alberto Bersoza Hernández

César Alberto Bersoza Hernández has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. César Alberto currently holds the position of Head of People Operations at Proper, where they are responsible for the Human Resources function and works closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale the company and provide a positive employee experience. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director - Ops Business Partner at Celestica, where they led HR initiatives for a manufacturing facility with over 1700 employees and collaborated with the corporate office in Canada. Before that, they worked at Embraco as the North America Human Resources and Communication Sr. Manager and later as the Center of Expertise Leader. César Alberto'sresponsibilities included managing HR and communication matters for the organization. César Alberto also held the role of HR Planning and Development Lead at LAMOSA and served as an Organizational Planning Analyst at Nemak.

César Alberto Bersoza Hernández completed their education at Tecnológico de Monterrey. From 2002 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology. Later, from 2011 to 2015, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Capital.
