Tathiana MacHado

Tathiana Machado has a diverse work experience across various industries. Tathiana currently holds the position of Head of Strategy and Transformation at Property Finder starting from January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Commercial Strategy Manager at noon from May 2022 to January 2023, where they managed a category P&L and operational metrics while leading a team of 6 account managers and buyers. Before joining noon, Tathiana worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from August 2020 to May 2022. Tathiana also pursued an MBA at INSEAD from July 2019 to August 2020. Earlier in their career, Tathiana gained experience as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from April 2017 to July 2019, and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Intern at Praxair, Inc - a Linde Company from January 2015 to August 2016 and February 2014 to December 2014, respectively. Tathiana has also worked as an Intern at BSH Home Appliances Group from March 2013 to August 2013, and at Shell from February 2012 to July 2012.

Tathiana Machado completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at INSEAD in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Chemical Engineering at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro from 2009 to 2014.
