Esha Bhuttan

Esha Bhuttan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Esha is currently working at PropertyGuru Group as the Head of People, Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition for Product & Technology. In this role, they are responsible for managing various HR areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, coaching, culture, talent management, employer branding, rewards and recognition, compensation, and benefits.

Before joining PropertyGuru Group, Esha worked as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at the same company, where they partnered with senior business leaders across five core markets to manage various HR agendas. Esha also led HR operations for the company's talent-only entity in India.

Prior to PropertyGuru Group, Esha worked at BBM as a Manager in HRBP and Talent Acquisition. Esha supported the implementation and delivery of global talent initiatives and was responsible for hiring mainly for tech and sales roles in APAC and the Middle East. Esha was later promoted to expand the talent acquisition function and lead HR business partnering for Singapore and the Middle East. Esha successfully led various HR projects such as rewards, job leveling, engagement survey, and skill matrix.

Esha also has experience working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at X0PA AI, where they focused on executive hiring for sales and technology roles across APAC. Esha had direct working relationships with C-level professionals and acted as an HR strategic partner for their startups in Singapore.

Esha'searlier work experience includes a role as a Senior Manager in HR at Niva Bupa and as a Manager in Business Partnering & Operations at JindalX.

Esha Bhuttan attended SHRI Academy in 2018, where they studied Human Resources. Esha also obtained a degree in Honors Political Science from Delhi University. In addition, they have a certification in Train The Trainer from Dale Carneige Training.
