This position is designated as work-from-home, with the location specified as Victoria. Applications will only be considered from candidates residing in this area.

Your Mission: 🚀

The role of the Business Development Manager is to drive growth and success and ensure that PropertyMe is represented as the application of choice for real estate agencies within your territory. Recognised as an industry expert you will meet with potential customers, leverage partner and provider relationships, work closely with industry bodies and provide valuable advice and solutions to your market.

Responsibilities 🏢

Responsibilities and duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Sales activity targets to be met or exceeded month-on-month

  • Qualifying leads and uncovering customer needs

  • Daily prospecting and identifying new business opportunities

  • Demonstrating the value of partnership with PropertyMe, through product demonstration and value-based conversation

  • Attend industry events

  • Provide weekly reporting on sales activity

  • Ensure the quality of the Salesforce pipeline

  • Proactively identify and share feedback for product improvements

  • Collating and providing feedback on regional legislative changes/requirements

  • A keen interest and demonstrated ability for sales success

  • Proven success at meeting and exceeding targets through prospecting and utilizing your network

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise autonomy

  • Ability to provide feedback on initiatives that will effectively contribute to achieving strategic priorities

  • A commitment to compliance and adherence to sales processes and requirements set by the business

  • A commitment to building a strong knowledge of PropertyMe's company culture and overall strategy

  • Minimum 3 years experience in technology sales or property management with significant demonstrable experience relevant to the role

  • Experience in SaaS and Proptech sales will be well-regarded

  • Experience in real estate/property management will be an advantage

  • Provide validated competitor feedback

  • Willingness to travel as required
