Rawan is an associate partner and leads the Prophet office in Dubai where she brings over 20 years’ experience advising major players across real estate, hospitality, aviation, financial services, technology, healthcare as well as governments and public sector organizations on a broad range of topics including brand development, growth strategy and market positioning.

Known for her passion, energy and commitment to people and leading teams, Rawan’s deep and nuanced understanding of the Middle East is underpinned by her sharp knowledge of the global megatrends that are providing transformative opportunities across all sectors in the region.

Prior to joining Prophet, Rawan was Managing Director at Brash. She started her career in banking before transitioning to consulting where she took on senior roles at Siegel+Gale and Landor. Her diverse experience spans the GCC, Europe and Asia.
