Karen Cheng

Karen Cheng is a seasoned professional in customer success and digital marketing with extensive experience across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as the Regional Director for Customer Success at PROS since November 2021, Karen previously held the role of Customer Success Senior Manager and APAC Lead at EveryMundo. Prior to that, Karen was a Regional Account Director at Vpon Big Data Group and worked at Adobe as a Business Consultant for the Digital Marketing Suite, specializing in SEM consultancy for clients in Australia and China. Additional roles include Regional Search Manager at Universal McCann and Business Manager at Yahoo! Search Marketing. Karen holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Journalism and Communications from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
