Doris Beisenherz

Doris Beisenherz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Doris started their career in 2004 with internships in Flughafen München GmbH and BMW Group, focusing on personal marketing, recruiting, and organizational development. Doris then joined Siemens in 2006, where they worked in leadership development. In 2008, they moved on to Commax Consulting GmbH as a trainer and consultant. In 2015, they took on the role of Senior Manager at SMARTinSALES GmbH. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at innogy Consulting GmbH, where they held the position of Partner and Head of Change Practice. Currently, Doris Beisenherz is the Senior Vice President of Academy, Talent & Leadership Development at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE.
