Dr. Sabrina Franconeri

Dr. Sabrina Franconeri serves as the Director of Training and Development at Proskauer Rose LLP since August 2022, following a series of roles focused on professional development. Prior experience includes positions as Learning and Development Business Partner and Global Head of Support Professional Learning at Oliver Wyman, and Professional Development Manager at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox, where responsibilities included directing onboarding procedures, training program development, and managing performance review processes. Dr. Franconeri also held a Professional Development Manager position at Reed Smith, LLP, and served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Robert Morris University and a faculty member at Everest Institute. Educational qualifications encompass a Doctorate of Science in Information Systems and Communications from Robert Morris University and multiple advanced degrees in instructional technology and leadership.
