Eileen Cruz

Eileen Cruz has over 30 years of work experience in various administrative and managerial roles. Eileen most recently served as the Associate Director of Legal Support Services at Proskauer Rose LLP, overseeing the management and development of legal support staff across multiple offices. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Legal Support Resources and the Legal Support Resources Supervisor at the same company.

Before joining Proskauer Rose LLP, Eileen held the position of Director of Administrative Services at RSR Partners, where they were responsible for directing administrative functions within the company. Eileen also spent several years at Higdon Partners LLC as the Director of Office Services, where they handled benefit enrollment, administrative staff recruitment, and special projects, such as expense reporting and government contract application.

Earlier in their career, Eileen worked as a Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant at Heidrick & Struggles, an Administrative Assistant (Legal) at EY, and an Office Manager/Medical Billing specialist at Eliscer Guzman MD.

Eileen Cruz obtained a M.A. in Communication Studies with a focus on Public and Organizational Communication from Montclair State University, graduating summa cum laude in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Business Management & Marketing from Felician University in 2008. In 1996-1998, they attended Fordham University, pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Eileen Cruz also holds a certification as a Notary Public in New York.
