M.c.c. Brenda Shipley

Brenda Shipley, M.C.C. has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Brenda currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at ProSmile, where they lead the HR and Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives. Brenda has also founded their own consulting firm, Corporate Solutions Management Consulting & Professional Coaching, where they provide strategic growth strategies, change management initiatives, and human resources leadership to clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to this, Brenda held positions such as Director of Human Resources at Consensus Health, Global Corporate Manager of Learning and Development at Church & Dwight Co., Inc., and various additional experience roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb Medical Imaging, GE HealthCare, Mercer, Exelon, GE Capital, and Independence Blue Cross.

Brenda Shipley, M.C.C. received their BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Master Certified Coach and Certified Professional Coach from an ICF Accredited Coaching Institute. Brenda also holds certifications in Human Trafficking Awareness from Operation Underground Railroad and Preventing Human Trafficking from Airline Ambassadors International. Brenda has pursued further education in mindfulness from PESI.
