Brent Hayes

Brent Hayes is a Managing Director and Head of Client Advisory at Prospect. In this capacity, he oversees business development and client relationship management.

Prior to joining Prospect, Brent was a managing director and head of client advisory at Tremblant Capital Group, a global alternative asset management firm focused on public equities. Previously, he was a managing partner at Basso Capital, a $3.0 billion multi-strategy credit and convertible securities hedge fund. Prior to Basso Capital, Brent was head of investor relations at Pequot Capital Management, an $18.0 billion public equity, private equity and venture capital firm. He was a marketing manager at John W. Henry & Company, world’s largest commodities trading advisor, where he branded the organization within the institutional community. Brent began his career in Private Banking at Bankers Trust. Outside of work, he is currently a member of the USA Soccer Federation Development Council and previously served on other charitable boards and volunteer committees.

Brent received his BA from Fairfield University.
