Sid Bose

Sid Bose started their career in 2003 as a Process Specialist at GE HealthCare. Sid then joined Genpact in 2007, where they worked as an Assistant Manager, overseeing back-office operations for GEHC Field Teams and managing order management processes for healthcare equipments. At Genpact, they also led a team in delivering a transformational supply chain project for a global healthcare major and developed strategic plans for inventory management, generating a business impact of $24 million.

In 2010, Sid transitioned to Prospecta Software, where they worked as an Assistant Manager, setting up a data transformational project and managing a team for a data analytics project. Sid later became a Program Manager, responsible for overseeing projects, and then a Project Manager. Sid's work at Prospecta Software also involved driving end-to-end sales cycles for customers across different industry verticals, as well as assisting in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.

Sid's most recent role is Vice President Sales - Indian Subcontinent at Prospecta Software, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, budgeting, forecasting, and building exceptional business value for a conglomerate in India.

Sid Bose completed a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management/Operations from the Pacific Institute of Engineering & Management. This was accomplished from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business Communication & Global Marketing from NIS, specializing in Sales & Marketing, from 2000 to 2002. Sid'searliest education was a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General, also from the Pacific Institute of Engineering & Management, which they received from 1999 to 2002. In September 2019, Sid Bose obtained the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
