Rod Thomson

Rod Thomson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1989, they worked as a Publisher for the Abbotsford Times until 2008. In 2009, they became a Principal at Minuteman Press South Surrey, where they focused on printing and design services. At the same time, they joined the Semiahmoo Rotary Club as a Rotarian. In 2018, they transitioned to become a Director at Prospera Credit Union, where they served on the Human Resource and Audit committees. Rod also joined the Rotary Club of Abbotsford as a Rotarian in the same year.

Rod Thomson earned a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Athabasca University in the year 2010. In addition, they obtained the ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors PH in February 2022, and the ESG Global Competent Boards Designation from Competent Boards in August 2023.
