Aranya De Sola is a highly experienced HR professional with a diverse background in various industries. Aranya most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Prospera Housing Community Services. In this role, they led all people functions and executed HR strategies to support the organization's overall business plan. Prior to that, Aranya served as the HR Director at OKIN Process, where they partnered with business leaders to develop and align HR strategies and deliver HR solutions.
