Joelle Hughley

Joelle Hughley is an experienced professional in the fields of social impact, program management, and capacity building. Currently serving as Associate Director at Prosperity Now since November 2021, Joelle previously held roles such as Senior Program Manager and Social Impact Fellow at MovingWorlds Institute. Joelle's background includes positions as Associate Project Manager at Fíonta, Program Manager at AARP Foundation, and Director of Program Development at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. Additionally, Joelle has experience in capacity building through a fellowship at New Sector Alliance and earlier roles in member advocacy and customer care. Joelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Dance from Goucher College, earned between 2008 and 2012.
