Shay Herman

Shay Herman is a Biological Researcher at Protai, utilizing proteomics and ML algorithms to discover better targets for diseases and develop novel drugs. Previously, Shay worked as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University and as a Researcher at Enlivex Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Shay also served as a Bio.Start community leader, aiming to connect students in Jerusalem to the biotech industry. With a PhD in Neuroscience from Tel Aviv University, a Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics, Shay has a strong academic background in the field.
