Kelli Tea, MBA has been in the business world since 2005, starting with a role as a Business Development/Inside Sales Associate at SESAC. Kelli then moved on to a Financial Planner role at Kay Quinn Financial in 2006. In 2007, they joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Global Sales and Marketing Procurement Sourcing Specialist and Global Advertising Sourcing & Supplier Management Business Analyst. From 2008-2014, they held a variety of roles at Accenture including Business Development Vertical Leader/Director - Pharma, CPG and Retail, Marketing Director - Customer Marketing, Marketing Strategic Sourcing Director, Marketing Category Manager and Marketing Strategic Sourcing Manager. In 2019, they joined Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.) as Senior Director & Head of Nephrology (Rare Disease) Marketing. In 2020, they took on two roles, Head of Commercial and Corporate Development and Executive Director, Commercial Development at Protara Therapeutics, as well as a Growth Strategy Executive role at esellas.
