Jisu Yoon

Jisu Yoon is currently an R&D Food Scientist at Protein Research, with previous experience at Endless West as a Food Scientist and at Ecolab as an Account Manager. Throughout their career, Jisu has gained experience in areas such as food quality, safety, R&D, product development, and sanitation management in various food production settings. They also have a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and have received additional education from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
