Rod Wallin

Rod Wallin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rod started their career as an Operations Manager at INET, where they worked for three years. Rod then moved on to PSS Communications, Inc. as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing dispatch, field technicians, and customer service departments. After that, they joined Pac-West Telecomm as Director of Service Delivery, overseeing order coordination, provisioning, procurement, facilities, and field operations teams.

In 2004, Rod became VP of Operations and Business Development at Poulsen Mortgage Corp., where they expanded the business into key California markets. Rod continued their career in the mortgage lending industry as VP of Operations and Business Development at Priority Financial, Inc., where they implemented operational processes and a web-based software system for workflow management.

Rod transitioned to the healthcare industry in 2008, joining ARRP, Inc. as VP Operations and Business Development. There, they provided technology solutions for healthcare providers' revenue cycle management challenges. Rod guided corporate strategy, oversaw operations and project management, and acted as a liaison between the sales team and clients.

In 2014, Rod joined Endowance Solutions as Sr. Director of Service Delivery and PMO, implementing complete cloud solutions for clients using Salesforce and INFOR ERP products.

From 2015 to 2017, Rod worked at Blackhawk Network as Sr. Director of Sales Operations/Professional Services. Rod developed and implemented technology solutions for enterprise accounts, collaborating cross-functionally to create sales matrices and execution roadmaps.

Rod's most recent roles include VP Sales/Operations at Clinical Mobility, Inc. from 2017 to 2020, where they led the sales team in delivering wireless network reliability and security solutions to the healthcare space. Currently, Rod holds the position of VP Sales and Marketing at ProTelesis, a leading provider of business phone systems and unified communications solutions throughout the U.S.

Rod Wallin has a diverse education history. Rod obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended California State University-Sacramento from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Before their university education, Rod Wallin attended Christian Brothers High School from 1986 to 1989. Regarding additional certifications, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2008.
