Mary Shuck

Mary Shuck began their career as a Research Technician at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in 1983. Mary then joined Pfizer in 1987 as a Research Scientist and eventually became a Principal Scientist, where they contributed to lead discovery in cardiovascular diseases and cell and molecular biology. In 2009, Mary joined Proteos as the Director of Protein Expression and was responsible for overseeing protein expression projects and managing client relationships. In 2018, they were promoted to President of Proteos, where they led business development and implemented client-relationship management tools. Mary currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Proteos since 2022.

Mary Shuck attended Bethel University from 1980 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
