Carla Ocaranza Thieme has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Currently, Carla holds the position of Head of People & Culture at Protera, where they oversee the company's human resources and cultural initiatives. Their work experience demonstrates their versatility and expertise in various aspects of HR, training, development, and organizational consulting.

Carla Ocaranza Thieme completed their education at Universidad Nacional Andrés Bello from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a degree in Psicología with a specialization in Organizacional. Prior to this, they completed their secondary education at Colegio Internacional Sek Chile in Las Condes and obtained a complete high school education.

In addition to their formal education, Carla Ocaranza Thieme has also obtained several certifications. In October 2021, they received a certification in Aplicación de técnicas para el desarrollo organizacional from Clase Ejecutiva UC. In May 2020, they received certifications in Redacción de informes psicolaborales and Test de Lüsher from MyDO Medición y Desarrollo Organizacional.
