Shayla Jackson

Director of Customer Success at Proteus Motion

Shayla Jackson has a wealth of work experience. Shayla began their career in 2006 as a Brand Manager at Red27Fashion, where they partnered with vendors to create exclusive collaborations for retail merchandise and product packaging, resourced and identified cost effective solutions for brand and product development, and arranged photo shoots for product launches and website updates. In 2008, they began working at Virtual Partners Group, Inc. as an Operations/Relationship Director, On-boarding/Prospect Manager, and Client Service Associate. In their role as Operations/Relationship Director, they acted as the first point of contact with potential new clients, pitching services and how they best meet the client's needs, and attended weekly sales, executive team, marketing and on-boarding meetings, in addition to industry networking events including conferences, seminars, and training. As On-boarding/Prospect Manager, they were responsible for on-boarding all new VPG clients and developing key processes and documentation. As Client Service Associate, they prepared paperwork to open new and maintain accounts at various companies, prepared and maintained client documents for distributions, transfers and account changes, and maintained detailed records in CRM systems. In 2017, they began working at Aktiv Solutions as Director Customer Experience and Senior Customer Success Manager. Finally, in 2021, they began working at Proteus Motion as Director of Customer Success.

Shayla Jackson holds a BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
