Proton is looking for a Director of Sales to join our fast-growing SaaS team. Reporting directly to our CEO, the Director of Sales will be responsible for building our sales motion - identifying client needs through comprehensive research and discovery, developing impactful client materials, delivering persuasive executive-level presentations both virtually and in-person, and building our sales team. This is a role for a builder.
We're looking for a Director of Sales who has a track record of selling enterprise software in a startup environment. This is a career-defining opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth and expansion of Proton as we disrupt the $8 trillion distribution market.
We are looking to hire someone in the greater Boston area who is open to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, located in Kendall Square).
