Roy Shaw is the co-founder and CEO of ProTrainings, overseeing the strategic direction of the organization and ensuring the company attracts and places the right talent. Prior to their current role, Roy worked as a Paramedic at both COMMUNITY AMBULANCE SERVICE OF NEW ROCKFORD and American Medical Response, providing Advanced Life Support care to various communities. Roy holds a Diploma in Paramedic/Allied Health from Davenport University and served in the United States Army specializing in Combat Medicine.
