Roy Shaw

Roy Shaw is an accomplished paramedic and instructor, with over 25 years of experience in the field. Roy currently serves as an EMT-P and Lead Instructor at ProTrainings, and is also a co-founder of the company. Prior to their current role, Roy worked as a paramedic for both COMMUNITY AMBULANCE SERVICE OF NEW ROCKFORD and American Medical Response. During their time with these companies, they provided exceptional care to patients and developed community education and marketing programs. Roy's dedication to their work and commitment to helping others is evident in all that they do, and they are truly an asset to the ProTrainings team.

Roy Shaw attended Davenport University and received a diploma in Paramedic/Allied Health. Roy then attended Grand Rapids Community College for Allied Health. After that, they joined The United States Army and received their SPC-4 in Combat Medicine. After their time in the Army, they attended Cornerstone University for Education. Roy is certified by the American Heart Association in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and also has their certification from the International Trauma Life Support in ITLS. Lastly, they are certified by the American Heart Association in Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
