Colleen Bowers

Colleen Bowers has extensive experience in operations and leadership roles. Starting in 2003, they worked for DHL as a Station Center Manager, responsible for managing a team and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries. In 2006, they became a Rotational Regional Manager at DHL Express, where they implemented process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency. In 2011, they joined Velocity Express as a District Operations Manager, overseeing a team and achieving high operational excellence rankings. Colleen then moved to Courier Express in 2013, starting as a Senior Area Operations Manager and later becoming a Strategic Project Manager/Business Analyst. In these roles, they led strategic initiatives, managed operating locations, and mentored teams. In 2018, Colleen became the Director of Operations at Rotor Blade, LLC, where they optimized processes and systems to deliver improved customer experiences. From 2019 to 2023, they worked at Environmental Consultants (ECI) as the Director of US Operations, spearheading employee engagement initiatives and establishing performance metrics. Currently, Colleen holds the position of Vice President of Operations at ProVantage Corporate Solutions.

Colleen Bowers completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Social Work at the University of South Carolina. Colleen later pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where they completed a Utility Vegetation Management Program Planning Certification. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Their expected completion is in 2024.
