Houston Hawley was born and raised in Apex, NC. He joined ProVantage after holding various leadership positions in the grocery industry for Aldi, Inc. and Save-a-Lot Food Stores. His previous experience in this sector revolved around Store Operations, Remodel Operations, Business Development, Facilities Management, and Energy Procurement.

Houston earned his bachelor's degree from Cornell University in Industrial Labor Relations. He is pursuing his MBA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
