Neelam Sharma

Neelam Sharma has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Neelam began their career as a Financial Advisor at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited in 2003. After that, in 2007, they joined Accuris Consultants as an Assistant Manager in Recruitment & Business Development, where they handled various responsibilities such as screening candidates and negotiating with senior management candidates, as well as managing client relationships and contract management.

In 2011, Neelam joined Sapieo Software as an Assistant Manager HR Generalist (Corporate), where they were involved in general HR duties. Neelam then moved to makepositive in 2014 as an HR Executive, where they played a significant role in HR-related activities until October 2015.

Currently, Neelam works at Provar Testing as the Head of People and Culture for India, a position they have held since May 2021. Before this, they served as a People Manager at the same company since January 2016.

Throughout their career, Neelam Sharma has gained valuable experience in various aspects of HR, recruitment, business development, and client relationship management, making their a well-rounded professional in the field.

Neelam Sharma completed their education in a chronological order. Neelam attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 2001 to 2002 and obtained their 12th Standard degree in Commerce. Following that, they enrolled at ITS from 2002 to 2005 and received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA). Finally, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resources Management at Queensland University of Technology in Australia.
