Mark Greenfield

Mark Greenfield has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Mark started their career at British Steel PLC as a Graduate Trainee in Logistics and then worked as a Senior Scheduler and Day Controller - Scheduling. Mark then joined National Power PLC as a Senior Analyst. Mark later moved to Railtrack PLC, where they served as a Business Analyst, Asset Planning Manager, and Group Planning Manager. Mark then transitioned to Network Rail as a Business Planning Manager and Manager - Strategic Planning & Operations. In 2011, Mark joined the City of Surrey as the Manager - Operations, RCMP Support Services before moving on to BC Hydro as a Senior Manager - Performance & Process. Mark then joined the City of Vancouver as the Director - Strategic Operations, Planning & Program Management, where they streamlined operations and improved services. Mark currently works at Providence Health Care as the Executive Director of the Office of Strategy & Results, responsible for strategic planning, project management, and corporate policy oversight. In 2020, they also operated their own consulting services focused on operational process improvement and service delivery excellence.

Mark Greenfield has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from the University of York, which they obtained between 1991 and 1994. Mark also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Bath, completed from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they obtained a Diploma in Strategic Leadership from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2008 to 2010. Finally, they completed a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Forton Group in 2008.
