John Kuntz

John Kuntz is the Senior Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Provident Bank. John has been in this role since September 1999. Prior to joining Provident Bank, John was a Partner at Bourne Noll & Kenyon from June 1996 to September 1999 where they were responsible for corporate governance and chief legal counsel. From January 1992 to December 1996, John served as General Counsel at Summit Bank.

John Kuntz attended Fairfield University for their BA, where they majored in Economics and Political Science. John then attended New York Law School for their Juris Doctor (J.D.), where they focused on labor law and corporate law.

John Kuntz reports to Christopher Martin, Chairman, President & CEO. They are on a team with Joseph A. Spatola - SVP and Chief Compliance Officer, Walter Sierotko - EVP and Chief Lending Officer, and Valerie O. Murray - EVP & Chief Wealth Management Officer.
