Blaine Deluca

Blaine Deluca is the Senior Operations Manager at Province. Prior to this, they were with Lean Leadership Services and Mars, where they served as Operations Manager and Value Stream Manager. Blaine is responsible for the leadership and development of manufacturing teams producing products for the Dove, Snickers, goodnessknows, Ethel M, and The Cocoa Exchange portfolios.

During their time at Mars, Blaine developed and implemented an activity management process that was inclusive of all steps involved from idea conception to on-the-shelf. Blaine also developed and implemented an S&OP program for the Ethel M brand. Under their leadership, the team saw a 82% rate increase and 40% waste reduction in Snickers XXL production, and a 24% rate increase and 60% waste reduction in Dove production - all accomplished through Process Management with no capital funds required.

Blaine started their career with Mars as an Industrial Engineering Intern in 2010, and then became a Engineering Co-Op in 2008 with Enercon Services.

Blaine Deluca attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with Highest Honors.
