Rick Darnold

Rick Darnold is the current director at Province. Rick has previously worked as the senior vice president of business improvement at Boyd Gaming Corporation from April 2016 to July 2020. Darnold was responsible for leading the company's engagement with McKinsey and Company, as well as planning and implementing the organizational shift to a shared services model for key support services including finance, marketing, human resources, and procurement. Rick also oversaw new property acquisitions and integration efforts for five major properties in four states located in the Midwest and East Coast.

Rick Darnold has a bachelors in accounting and business/management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas - College of Business. Rick also has a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) with a concentration in business administration and management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. Rick is also a certified public accountant (CPA) through the Maryland Society of CPAs.
