Erica Cox has a long and varied work experience. Erica began their career in 1990 as a Staff Consultant at Accenture. In 1992, they moved to Aon Hewitt as an Associate. In 2005, they took on the role of Librarian at Holy Angels School. In 2013, they became an Independent Software Consultant at CARPLS Legal Aid. In 2016, they joined GNC Consulting as a Consultant and also began working at Servio Consulting, LLC as an Associate Partner. Finally, in 2017, they became the Managing Partner and Chief Innovation Officer at Provisio Partners. Throughout their career, they have provided technical direction and execution, built and led technical teams, provided vision and direction for human services application development, architected solutions for Nonprofit, K-12 and Higher Education clients, and performed Salesforce.com support for highly customized enterprise systems.

Erica Cox attended Rosary High School from 1982 to 1986. Erica then earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1986 and 1990. Erica has also obtained numerous certifications from Salesforce, including Identity and Access Management Architect (2022), Data Architecture and Management Designer (2018), Salesforce Certified Application Architect (2018), Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer (2018), Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant (2018), Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (2017), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (2016), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (2016), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (2016), Salesforce Certified Administrator (2016), Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant (2019), and Salesforce.com Certified Developer (2015).
