TJ Grace, MHRM

TJ Grace, MHRM has a long and varied work experience. Most recently, they began working as a Project Manager at Provisio Partners in 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Deputy Director of Projects at the Kenneth Young Center in 2021. Before that, they were Field Service Manager at the Three Affiliated Tribes Infant & Toddler Department from 2014. Going further back, they were a Combat Engineer & Bridge Crewmember at the North Dakota Army National Guard from 2008. Also in 2008, they held the role of Director of Organizational Impact at the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Three Affiliated Tribes.

TJ Grace has a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in Project Management. TJ has also obtained certifications from Kellogg Executive Education in Developing High Performing People (October 2022), Nonprofit Strategy: Planning & Positioning for the Future (May 2022), Leading Change in Nonprofits (February 2022), and Nonprofit Data Analytics and Impact (February 2022).
