Iwona Wysocka (she/her)

Iwona Wysocka has a diverse work experience across various industries. Iwona is currently working at Prowly PR Software, where they serve as a DEI Ambassador and a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior to that, they worked at Soitron as an IT Recruitment Specialist/HRBP. In 2020, Iwona worked at Nippon Seiki (Europe) B.V. as a Corporate Recruiter, where they were responsible for proactive recruitment and employer branding strategies. Iwona has also worked at NatWest as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and at Grafton Recruitment as a Junior Recruitment Consultant and an IT Sourcing Recruiter. Earlier in their career, they worked at ROAN Ship Chandler in various roles, including Customer Service Leader, Assistant Manager, and Office Worker.

Iwona Wysocka (she/her) has a diverse education history. In 2020-2021, they attended Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Gdańsku for postgraduate studies in HR Business Partnering. Previously, from 2016 to 2017, they also pursued postgraduate studies at the same institution, focusing on Accounting and Financial Controlling. Iwona furthered their education by completing a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Sheffield in 2011-2012. Iwona's academic journey started with a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from the University of Gdansk, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Iwona has obtained certifications to enhance their expertise. In July 2020, they completed the "HR as a Business Partner" certification from LinkedIn. During the same month, they also acquired the "Human Resources Foundations" certification from LinkedIn.
