Andy Fournier

Andy Fournier is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Budget and Operations Manager at Proximo Spirits since January 2022, Fournier previously held the position of Vice President of Operations at L.O.V.E. Restaurant Group, where responsibilities included establishing the Slim Chickens brand in Colorado and Utah and managing a team of over 400 employees. Prior experience at Burger King Corporation spanned multiple roles, including Training Manager, District Manager, and Manager of Franchise Performance, focusing on training execution, operations strategy, and performance improvement across numerous locations. Fournier began the career journey as a Team Member at Carrols Corporation and completed a summer internship at GEICO, contributing to customer service and operational efficiency projects. Fournier earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Buffalo State College.
