Paula Golding

Paula Golding has extensive experience in human resources and has held HR director positions at multiple companies. From 1993 to 2007, they served as the HR Director at Ralph Lauren Fragrances. Following that, from 1993 to 2008, they worked as the Human Resources Director at L'Oreal. In 2008, they joined Proximo Spirits as the HR Director, where they developed and implemented HR practices to cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with the company's mission and values. Paula also designed and implemented changes in benefits programs, policies, and procedures.

From 1999 to 2002, Paula Golding attended the New York Institute of Technology. During this time, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations.
