Cyrille Lapillo has over 15 years of experience in customer service management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Care Service for the CBU Market at Proximus since May 2016. Prior to this role, Cyrille held various management positions at Tango Luxembourg, including Process and Project Implementation Manager in Customer Service and Manager of Customer Care for Broadband and Fixed Telephony. Cyrille began professional career as a Call Center Coordinator at Tango Luxembourg from January 2004 to December 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management de projet franco allemande from IAE France and a CAPES in German language and literature. Additionally, Cyrille studied at RWTH Aachen University.
