Ward Dirix

Ward Dirix is currently the Manager of Compliance & Reporting within Group Prevention & Protection at Proximus, where they oversee compliance indicators related to Safety, Health, and Wellbeing. Previously, from 2013 to 2024, they served as the Area Manager for Safety, Security & Contractor Safety in Flanders, managing employee safety across approximately 6,000 staff. They have also held various roles at Proximus and Belgacom, including Safety, Health & Environment Manager and Consumer Analysis Manager. Ward's educational background includes a Master's degree from Antwerp Management School and additional qualifications in management and security.
