Frederik van Bogaert

Frederik Van Bogaert is an experienced project manager and embedded software developer with a robust background in Linux and Open Source Software for Embedded Systems. Since January 2020, Frederik has held dual project management roles at Mind - Division of Essensium and prpl Foundation, while continuing to contribute as an embedded software developer at Essensium since June 2013. Previous roles include development of firmware for home gateways at SoftAtHome, and experience as a junior developer at Cochlear and Septentrio Satellite Navigation, where Frederik focused on firmware development and application support. Frederik's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Multimedia from Hasselt University, supplemented by studies in Computer Science at Universitat Politècnica de València and a summer course in Entrepreneurship at The University of Salford.
