Agustina has held leadership positions in reputable companies such as Prudential Indonesia, where they served as the Chief Human Resources and Community Investment Officer. Agustina also worked at DANA Indonesia as the Chief of People & Corporate Strategy, contributing to the development of the country's digital money system. Agustina has expertise in human capital management, demonstrated through their roles as Chief of Human Capital at Halodoc ID and HR Director at PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk. Prior to these positions, they worked at PermataBank, Barclays Bank, BII, and Citibank, where they gained experience in service quality management, customer experience, and operational excellence. Agustina is a skilled trainer and consultant, having founded their own company, SKAI Training and Consulting, focusing on service quality management and human capital management. Agustina has a strong track record in driving change, building culture, and achieving sustainable growth.

Agustina Samara has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria.
