Anthony W. Stivale

Anthony W. Stivale has extensive experience in corporate real estate management, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at Prudential since April 1988. In this role, Anthony is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of real estate strategies for Prudential's domestic non-investment portfolio, which encompasses approximately 8 million square feet and 210 commercial properties. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, acquisitions and dispositions, transaction negotiations, and the implementation of standard processes for compliance and efficiency. Prior to Prudential, Anthony worked as a Senior Interior Designer and CADD Specialist at New Jersey Office Supply from January 1984 to April 1988. Anthony holds a degree in Industrial Studies, Architecture, and Graphic Design from Montclair State University and has furthered professional knowledge through Corenet Global.
