Sara Ribeiro

Sara Ribeiro has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sara started their career in 2015 as a Food Service Worker at Telepizza. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Service representative at Copyspot and as a Tutor at Génios e Traquinas - Academia de Estudos e Centro de Explicações.

In 2017, Sara interned as a Data Scientist at Oney Bank and later transitioned to roles at BOUNCE Portugal, first as a Host and then as a Contact Center Agent.

From 2019 to 2020, Sara worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Celfocus. Sara then became a Data Scientist at the same company from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Sara joined Reachdesk as a Data Scientist, where they performed product analytics, conducted A/B tests, and designed and implemented a baseline for a recommendation system.

Most recently, in 2023, Sara became a Data Scientist at Pruvo - Hotel post-booking price optimization.

Sara Ribeiro completed their education at the Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa. From 2013 to 2016, they obtained a Licenciatura in Applied Mathematics with a specialization in Statistics and Operational Research. Sara furthered their education by pursuing a Mestrado in Applied Mathematics for Economics and Management from 2017 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Sara also completed a certification course in "Python for Data Science and Machine Learning Bootcamp" from Udemy in October 2022.
