Arno Marto started their work experience at Bosch in 1990 as a Development Engineer, where they worked until 1997. Arno then joined BorgWarner Inc. as the Head of Sensor Development from July 1997 to April 2009. After that, they became the Head of Research & Development at Inovan, a company of the Prym Group, in May 2009.
Arno Marto attended Bergische Universität Wuppertal from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics. Following that, from 1992 to 1995, they studied at Hochschule Esslingen - University of Applied Sciences and earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering/Information Technology.
