Dario Rugge

Dario Rugge has a diverse work experience in various roles within the HR field. Dario began their career at Bonatti S.p.A. as an HR Coordinator, where they were responsible for recruitment and deployment plans, as well as assisting and evaluating field units. Dario then joined CNH as a Plant HR Manager for a year before moving on to Trevi Group as an HR Business Partner in the Middle East. In this role, they led strategic HR direction and managed personnel mobilization across multiple countries. Most recently, Dario has been working at Prysmian Group, initially as an HR Director in Romania, where they provided guidance and support for organizational planning and development. Dario then assumed the position of Middle East & Africa HR & Organization Director, and currently holds the role of North Europe HR & Organization VP.

Dario Rugge obtained a certification in "Strategy and Operations" and "Sustainable Business" from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in 2020-2021.
